• The Minolta XD-11 is a manual focus camera that may be the finest manual 35 mm camera body that Minolta ever produced. This Minolta camera's features include both shutter priority and aperture-priority automatic exposure modes, fully metered manual exposure, depth of field preview, an eyepiece shutter, an exposure range from EV 1 to EV 18, and an exposure correction from -2 to +2. Electronic control of the 35 mm camera's shutter speed and depth of field preview ensures their consistent performance and the Minolta XD-11 metal construction has resulted in good manufacturing tolerances. The Minolta XD-11 uses mechanical film winding and advancement but has built-in support for the Minolta AutoWinder D electronic film rewind that permits the automatic advance of film of up to two frames per second.
