Canon EOS-1N RS (body only) with Extended Battery Grip

The Canon EOS-1N RS was based on the EOS-1N, but it solves the problem of needing a very fast mirror return for high-speed shutter speeds by not moving the mirror at all.  This camera has a pellicle mirror, which remains stationary while shooting.  This mirror both reflects some light (up into the prism and viewfinder) and allows other light to pass through (hitting the film plane).  When this camera was released in 1995, it was the world's fastest 35mm AF SLR, with a continuous shooting speed of 10 fps in RS (CH) mode.  In most other specs, this camera is identical to the EOS-1N.
