This Leica IIIa D.R.P. has seen many moons, made in 1939, but it's still in good condition. There are only superficial scratches scattered around the chrome. A very small amount of bronzing at the bottom of the camera. Camera is in working condition. For being over 80 years old, this camera has shown it can withstand the test of time. The Summitar lens collapses, doubling in length when manually pulling it out. The design of the early cameras is interesting, to say the least.

Like other early Leica cameras the rangefinder and viewfinder are separate.  See photos.
