Used Nikon D600 Digital Full-Frame SLR with short zoom lens

Are you looking for a backup digital body, or maybe a dedicated camera for at-home copystand capture?  The D600 boasts a very respectable 24.3 MP full-frame sensor and can record 1080p video.  Because it is a Nikon full-frame, it has excellent cross-compatibility with film Nikon lenses. 

The 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G VR lens with which we have paired this body is itself cross-compatible with most autofocus film Nikon bodies.  If you are already a film Nikon shooter and you want digital options without a huge up-front investment, this used kit is a very affordable entry-level choice that gets you both a versatile lens and a versatile digital body.  This would also be a great choice for a student.
