Minolta AF SLR introduced in the late 1990s. Has smooth autofocusing using a three-point Crosscut AF sensor that uses two sensors for better reading of contrast information. Like all AF SLRs from this era it has a full suite of shooting modes accessible from a top LCD screen, with only minimal dials on the camera. Built-in automatic flash. Uses Minolta A-Type bayonet mount; accepts Minolta Maxxum AF lenses.
