Konica Off-Road (Genba kantoku)

This rugged camera is worth looking into!  The original name means "site supervisor," and these were both waterproof and shock-resistant because they were intended for use by construction workers on job sites.  This is the 28mm (wide-angle) version.

Cameras from the 1980s and 90s that were waterproof upon release have aging parts!  In a camera with this design, those parts are not easily replaced.  We recommend never fully immersing this camera.  It will still give you much more robust performance than a typical point-and-shoot.
